Almost hidden away up the back of Eating World is Gumshara Ramen. Its
not well signposted but just look for the queue and you'll find it. It has become a popular little place. Its just a counter with some basic signs and pictures - but it produces a rich thick ramen that packs a punch.
Choice number 1 on the menu was my choice - BBQ pork noodle. It was
such a full flavoured thick rich soup with tender wafer thin pork. At $14 plus 50c extra for take-away plus a further $1.50 for an egg - its not cheap or expensive.
It is, however, an extremely good ramen that the masses are rapidly
discovering.
