Fredo's is something of an institution for those travelling north on the NSW coast and with them advertising they have over 50 varieties its easy to see why.

They have some weird and wonderful varieties as well from unusual combinations through to just unusual ingredients! Be adventurous though and try something different.

The idea of eating a camel pie isn't one that's crossed my mind often - or in fact at all. However once I saw this I just had to give it a go. The pastry first of all was lovely. The filling was also good - not an overpowering taste - and just in case you were wondering - it didn't smell of camel at all!

Fredo's is quite different and well located for travellers. As we said before - why not stop by and while there be adventurous and try something unusual.
