There is a welcoming and casual vibe emanating from this restaurant which features a large, airy interior. It’s nicely decorated with modern, fresh furnishings enhanced with greenery and selective spot lighting. The dinner menu is mighty and has something to suit everyone. Pizza, pasta and risotto, burgers, steaks and ribs, seafood, salads, share options…..and now offering Black Label Wagyu scotch fillet!
We start with the fried prawns to share and Tabasco buffalo tenders with ranch dressing. The prawns were crispy and the chicken had quite a bite to it! The bruschetta baked mushrooms with feta and mozzarella were very tasty. We also loved the cheesy garlic bread which was smothered in mozzarella.
The latest addition to the menu is a magnificent grain fed wagyu sirloin cooked to order and served with whipped herb and garlic butter, chips, corn and a choice of sauce. With a marble score of 4+ we expected something pretty good and we got just that. It was a generous serving and the meat had tons of flavour and that great char-grilled taste.
Dessert didn’t disappoint either. A large slice of warm chocolate brownie with sticky popcorn and salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream was a great way to finish a lovely evening.
There are around 20 of these restaurants at different locations and consistency across venues is promised. Aside from the dinner and lunch menus, Rashays offers a kids menu and an extensive breakfast menu. Functions are catered for and room hire is available at some locations at no extra cost. The party menus look very reasonably-priced too.
