A BREWERS TALE | DARLINGHURST, SYDNEY

A Brewers Tale
112B Burton St
Darlinghurst, Sydney

While wandering around Darlinghurst - such a sprawling suburb - one Saturday morning we came across this lovely place. The name caught our eye immediately - A Brewers Tale - and it just looked so cute and inviting.

It was brunch time and so we grabbed an outside table, ordered our mandatory coffee's and studied the menu. The coffee's arrived quickly afterwards and hit the spot nicely.

What to order? Mlady wanted something lite - as she often does - so she grabbed some soy and linseed toast with peanut butter. They were big slices! Sir wanted something a bit more substantial so he ordered a bacon and egg roll - fried egg, bacon, fresh baby spinach with house-made tomato relish and aioli. It arrived with the whole yolk staring back at us looking magnificent. It tasted just as good too!

We left A Brewers Tale full and satisfied. It's a cute place with a nice feel to it and some very tasty and affordable food. They even do cold drip coffee here too.
