Atmosphere has plenty on it's menu to choose from. There are certainly many mouth-watering delicacies to entice and tempt one and all. The servings are substantial and as we tried various dishes we were grateful to sit on a larger table - as we needed the room for our plates.

We commenced by both having a cocktail. Sir had a Margarita and Mlady a Cosmopolitan. Both were incredibly enjoyable. Sir's - "very tasty" he said. This Cosmopolitan really was so good that this has now become Mlady's "Go to" cocktail. The Cosmopolitan was made with Smirnoff vodka and Triple Sec shaken with squeezed lime and cranberry juice. Sir's Margarita was made with Jose Cuervo Tequila and Triple Sec shaken with lemon and garnished with a salt rim.

The garlic pizza crust with olive tapenade and chilli oil was a delicious start to our eating. Dipping the lovely soft bread with a crunchy crust into the olive tapenade and chilli oil - such a tasty combo.

Sizzling garlic prawns were one of our entrees. Oh my goodness - how good were these! They were cooked in a "hot pot" with cherry tomato and napolitana sauce. The aroma was incredible - it smelled so good. The prawns were nice and plump and Mlady could not get enough of the delicious sauce.

Next we tried the chargrilled field mushrooms. They were stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese and the salad was drizzled with balsamic vinegar. This was such a vibrant dish with great tasting textures and flavours. Combining the stuffed mushroom with the salad on your fork - a wonderful taste sensation. A very tasty dish indeed.

The Atlantic salmon was one of our mains. This was grilled, served with fennel, baby carrots and salsa. No surprises - Mlady loves her fish especially Atlantic salmon and this was scrumptious. The skin was just right - nice and crisp and the salmon was cooked perfectly - not overcooked despite the perfectly crispy skin. We loved the cute crunchy heirloom carrots too.

The other main we tried was the Veal Involtini. This was thinly sliced veal, rolled and filled with mozzarella and asparagus and served with rocket and cherry tomatoes. The colourful salad acted as bed for the resting veal which was so tender. The veal wrapped around the asparagus was a nice combination giving it a lovely texture and taste.

We did manage to fit in dessert - but only just.

The chocolate Buddino (please allow 15 minutes for this amazing dessert) is served with vanilla ice-cream. Such a HUGE shame Mlady had to share this with Sir as she is a chocoholic. This was a delectable and divine dessert with a very tasty vanilla ice-cream and as we know - chocolate and vanilla is a classic winning combo!

Our other dessert was the Nutella mousse (Ah - Mlady was in chocolate heaven). Another shame - having to share with Sir. The Nutella mousse came with Oreo biscuits and fresh strawberries. Ah yes - how good was this! Seriously - this really was so yummy.  The Nutella mousse was Delish and with the beautiful sweet strawberries - it was another big and winning combo!

The food at Atmosphere is very good, very tasty and very substantial and the meals are so appetisingly presented.

Sir and Mlady dined as guests of Atmosphere. Special thanks to Taj - the manager, Chandni, Melissa and Sam for looking after us on the night. Special thanks to Chew Crew Media for arranging this visit.
