Hacienda at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour
61 Macquarie St
Sydney
Hacienda is a new bar in Sydney and the wonderful architecture is inspired from Cuba. With incredible panoramic views you can sit, relax with a cocktail (or wine) and soak up the ambience. The wonderful fit-out was designed by Applejack Hospitality.
We were fortunate to attend this amazing launch. It really was "decked out" as if you were in another world. You could feel the buzz and see the elegance of this amazing bar. There were high seats as well as comfortable lounges to sit on and absorb your surroundings whilst watching the nightlife of the harbour. It really is a very pretty venue.
When we arrived - we were greeted with a choice of a cocktails - a Mojito and an Old Fashioned and free flowing red and white wines. Sir had one of each - oink oink, purely for research purposes (not all at once), and Mlady chose a red. They all were so good.
The canapes were amazing and they just kept coming. A good diverse variety that went brilliantly with the drinks and the theme.
Sir and Mlady were guests of Hacienda at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour. Special thanks to Olivia Warne of Pendulum Communications for arranging our visit.
