Dear Delicious

To experience a peaceful oasis whilst enjoying a delicious meal - Dear Delicious is the place to be. We were outside and saw so many interesting spots to sit back and relax in this lovely sanctuary with its blossoming flora and veggie patches.
Mlady felt like having a juice and decided on the ANTI-INFLAMM which consisted of apple, pear, kale, cucumber, mint, ginger and maca. This was very refreshing and it tasted really good. Loved the vibrant green colour. Mlady loves her "greeens" whether they are served as vegetables or as a drink. Sir had his usual skim flat white (still with the one sugar) and he enjoyed his coffee.
To start with, Sir had the Handmade Burrata Bomb - house elderflower, balsamic, beets, salmon confit, pickled baby fennel and citrus segments. How pretty and fresh was this! So much colour! Tasty combinations that all complimented one another.
Mlady had Soft Fishy Tortillas - barramundi, spiced corn, avocado, tomato, purple slaw, aioli and greens. These really were amazing. Again, wonderful colours, fresh and such a great combination - with barramundi being one of Mlady's favourite fish. Such unique textures and flavours. She thoroughly enjoyed this.
We shared a dessert - Sour Cherry Lamington Pancake - Wattleseed cream. The aroma of this incredibly Delicious dessert was "oh my gosh"! Lovely big fluffy chocolate pancakes with a light Wattleseed cream - a truly Delicious dessert. Just slicing through the pancakes with your fork, with the sour cherry and scooping up the chocolate sauce - Delicious!
The food at Dear Delicious most certainly IS Delicious!
The menu is extensive and there is something for every-one to relish.
