For a healthy hearty breakfast that will see you right through to lunch – if not dinner – Hoochie Mamma is the place to go to accomplish this. Hoochie Mamma Café is spacious. There is plenty of outside seating as well as generous quantities of seating indoors too.
Arriving early for a breakfast, we chose to sit indoors in a booth as it was a chilly morning. Sir had his usual skim flat white with one sugar – still not down to no sugar (yet) and Mlady had her usual – weak soy cappuccino – we both said AHH – that’s nice.
Sir chose The Big Hoochie – two free range eggs with crispy bacon, pork sausage, field mushroom, roast tomato, hash brown and toast.
Mlady had – Wild Mushroom Bruschetta – baby spinach, feta, poached egg and chives.
These breakfasts’ certainly ticked all the boxes. They were substantial, fresh, incredibly tasty, and healthy - and most importantly we felt like we had had a hearty breakfast to fuel ourselves for a morning of retail therapy. What a great way to start the day!
The food at Hoochie Mamma Café is very appetising, fresh and substantial. Their menu is varied with something for everyone.
