When you think of Bondi Beach, a rustic Sunday roast isn’t generally the first type of dining experience you expect to get. Panama House, located right across from the iconic beach, has kicked off Supper Club Sundays where you can share a Latin roast amongst your family and friends.
Although a restaurant of contemporary design, the homely feel is not lost, with the staff so friendly and accommodating you would think you’re right at home! Olivia greeted us warmly and sat us down at a table of 6 diners. We were served our choice of wine right away and provided a detailed run through of what was on the menu that night. The food was served almost instantly, filling the room with the aroma of quality Latin food. We had roasted pork belly and anise pears. Sides of roast pumpkin, duck fat potatoes and fried garlic greens were the perfect accompaniments.
Every Sunday, Panama House will be serving a different and delicious meat and fresh new veggies for the perfect Sunday roast solution this winter. Add the wine and the beautiful Bondi Beach views and you know where you’ll be finding us on Sundays!
Panama House offers great food across the week. This new addition - Supper Club Sundays - is another wonderful variation. We all love a Sunday roast and the ones they have here are worth heading to Bondi Beach to have! Make an afternoon of it and finish your Sunday here. It’ll be such a great way to finish a weekend.
