If you are a meat lover - you can't go wrong at Vic's Meat Market. What we had was divine, juicy and oh so tasty. Vic's Meat Market is a meat lovers heaven. From burgers to "Burnt Bits" to their healthy flavoursome salads, you will truly enjoy this amazing taste sensation.
Their menu has a good variety to choose from and shows pictures of the food giving you an idea of what the meals look like when they arrive
For drinks we each ordered diet cokes. Our food order consisted of Wagyu cheeseburger, Beef short rib, the enticingly named Burnt Ends and of course some chips. As a side we had an Artichoke, Tahini and Kale salad.
The cheeseburger was really delicious with the meat cooked medium rare. It was juicy and combined with the cheese, onions, pickles and oh so yummy sauce this made for a lovely burger. It was all held together well with a nice soft bun that was equally good. Thoroughly enjoyed this burger.
When the beef short rib arrived we thought it looked quite "heavy and dense". What's the saying - "Never judge a book by it's cover". Well that saying certainly applied here. This dish was light and the meat extremely tender and the knife literally fell through as you cut it. An amazing dish.
The Burnt Bits - WOW. How good were these! The meat was again tender with such great flavours. We could have eaten them all night. They are a definite "Must Have".
Our chips with skin on were moreish as was the dipping sauce. We could have eaten these all night too.
We really enjoyed the salad. It was quite innovative. The Tahini was swirled around with the healthy Artichoke and crispy Kale sitting on top. It was a lovely fresh tasting salad.
Sir and Mlady dined as guests of Vic's Meat Market. Thank you to Dylan and Soph for looking after us. Big thanks also to Sarah from Victor Churchill for arranging this visit.
